A private instruction session can help newer students develop a yoga practice and learn the benefits that yoga can provide.
And for current yoga students, private instruction is an opportunity to further understand how yoga and breath work can support your personal goals. A personal evaluation will target problem areas and a suggested home practice regime will provide you with the tools you need to move forward safely and quickly through your day.

• Printout or forward to recipient as an electronic document.

• Each PDF has a unique certificate number, used when registering for classes online.
• The PDF also contains a hyperlink that allows the recipient of the certificate to check the remaining balance on the certificate.
• Please note that there is a $1 handling fee added to the shopping cart when using it for credit online.
